Alfred is also an SME business consultant and a motivational speaker. He holds a PhD in Business from the University of West London and has published articles on entrepreneurship.

OUR PROCESS

Step 01: Project Design

Working closely with our valued clients, this process seeks to define and/or review current or proposed project aims, goals and objectives, so that a clear and well-articulated project direction can be determined as early as possible.

Step 02: Identify Requirements

Having obtained clarity in respect of a proposed Project Design (Stage 01), our team commences the process of identifying and establishing project requirements. To achieve each of our valued client’s expectations; we ensure that we meticulously align each ..

Step 03: Market Research

As part of our business plan activities, we undertake deep market research into all aspects of our client’s industry, including primary and secondary researches into markets, trends, activities by potential, existing and/or envisaged competitors ..

Step 04: Business Forecast

At this stage; we offer our client an opportunity to project into the future, by applying key macro-economic and social-political factors we identify – to inform their present and future strategic and operational decisions. We believe that insight is not enough: a business leader and entrepreneur must be able to have foresight of what is yet to come.

Step 05: Solicitation

Having designed and developed a comprehensive plan that organise financial, human and material resources necessary to activate execution of the project; we typically solicit approval from a client so that we are able to secure a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that sets the foundation for a Consultancy Contract. All previous agreements..

Step 06: Evaluation

Upon completion of Stage 06 above; our team, working in association with our client and their representatives (if applicable), endeavour to physically meet to undertake a comprehensive review for all plans and strategies aimed to be deployed as there may be a need to revise certain aspects of an initial plan or agreement. An evaluation (or re-evaluation) ensures..

Step 07: Negotiation

At this stage, a client and our team should have arrived at a perfect alignment in respect of purpose(s), direction, approach, deliverables, timeframes/hallmarks, functionalities desired, priorities, strategy, performance standards and expected returns on investment in resources.

Step 08: Award

We sincerely hope, at this stage; to close the planning phase of the project and arrive at a mutually beneficial agreement contract award to our team.
